Michael Flohr, one of Southern California’s hottest young ‘urban’ artists, has started to carve a niche for himself as an ‘urban painter.’

Flohr takes a theme, establishes it, then palette knifes it onto the canvas with as much (seeming) spontaneity, random invention and electricity as he can muster.
